Roger is the director of the Fort Bend Branch – which also covers Cypress, Richmond, Rosenberg, Katy, and Fulshear. He originally has a background in civil engineering but has been in education for almost a decade.
Starting off as a math tutor, he has gained much experience working directly with students and families to understand their needs. He prides himself in his strength of relating to the student as well as the parents because he is also a parent of three young girls.
Now, as a director, he is able to guide a team of educators to assist families reach their highest potential – not just the students and their academics – through consistency, communication, and cooperation with everyone involved. It truly takes a village.
