Regarding: Students under the age of 13

At-Home Tutoring Services (CSD Holdings LLC) is committed to protecting the privacy of our youngest learners. Because your child is under the age of 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires us to provide you with this direct notice regarding our data practices.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide tutoring services:

• Student Name & Age: To assign appropriate tutors and curricula.

• Parent-Provided Email: For session reminders and virtual classroom access links. (We do not collect personal email addresses directly from children under 13).

• Session Media: Video/Audio recordings of live tutoring sessions for internal quality assurance and safety.

2. How We Use This Information

Data is used strictly for “Internal Operations,” including:

• Scheduling and delivering tutoring sessions.

• Tracking student progress and providing session notes to parents.

• Improving our instructional standards through internal recording reviews.

• We do NOT use child data for marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver our services, we share your child’s information with the following secure “School Official” partners:

• Pearl (Trilogy Mentors): Our virtual classroom and student management platform.

• HubSpot: Our secure CRM used for session scheduling and administrative communications.

• AWS (Amazon Web Services): Used by our partners for secure cloud storage of data and recordings.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We do not store child data indefinitely.

• Active Accounts: Data is retained as long as the student is enrolled.

• Inactive Accounts: Personal information and recordings are permanently purged from our systems 90 days after the last tutoring session, unless a longer period is required by a school district contract or state law.

5. Parental Rights

You have the absolute right to:

1. Review your child’s personal information.

2. Direct us to delete your child’s information at any time.

3. Refuse further collection of your child’s data (which may result in the termination of services).
